Hi All, Its a hot day in Hyderabad. Office work is not exactly rolling right now. So enjoying the days and watching them all pass by..
Have just finished reading "Hot, Flat and Crowded" by Tom Friedman. Starting to feel guilty about my aspiration to live life like an "American" already. He speaks about the way all Indians and Chinese are gradually moving on a trajectory to follow "Americans" in the ways we consume resources and energy. I agree with him to some extent but also feel that Indians also need to enjoy the "good life" that all Westerners enjoyed so far.
Coming to personal life. Seems like I'm on an emotional all time low now. Left Bangalore to join new company in Hyderabad. Missing everyone I left back in Bangalore. Somehow my heart desires a return to the "Garden City". Once a Bangalorean..always a Bangalorean..
Now, what all I liked in Bangalore,
1. The beautiful all year round weather. It never gets too hot to perspire.
2. The ease of eating out with all the "darshinis" and "sagars".
3. The one BHK flat that I rented. It had all kinds of stores in the vicinity.
4. The one and only of my life...she's in Bangalore.
5. The 1/2 coffee..ever so good..anywhere
